Jeremy is the Organization Development Manager for Disney Parks & Resorts, based in Paris. In his current position, he is supporting business executives in transforming & adapting their operating model to meet the company’s strategy. Specialized in organizational assessment, design & change, Jeremy uses a mix of business acumen, HR technics, organizational sociology & behavioural science to address a variety of concrete business challenges.
Before joining Disney, Jeremy was a management consultant for several years, where he supported various organizational transformations in different industries.
Jeremy holds degrees in Business administration and HR Management. Beyond his job, he loves practicing photography, music and theatre but is also an aspiring private’s pilote.
